FAQ

Everything you need to set up and run LightningHub, from your first install to site-by-site drop setups.

Last updated Oct 17, 2026

What is LightningHub

LightningHub is Lightning's desktop app for Windows and Mac. It runs fast request-based tasks, live monitors and harvesters side by side, so you can stay ready for high-demand releases from announcement to checkout.

Our goal is simple: give you the speed, automation, and tools needed to react faster, improve your chances of securing limited products, and avoid missing out when items sell out quickly.

What kind of app is LightningHub?

LightningHub is a task-based automation app. Tasks cart and check out through request modules at high speed, and hand off to a browser window when a site needs you, for example to solve a check. Browser Mode tasks drive a real Chrome window with autocart and autopay instead.

Which computers are supported?

Windows (64-bit) and macOS (Apple Silicon and Intel). Linux is not supported.

How is LightningHub different from LightningATC and LightningMobile?

They are separate apps with separate memberships. LightningATC is our Chrome extension, LightningMobile is our iOS app, and LightningHub is our desktop app built around request tasks, monitors and harvesters. You can export your profiles from LightningATC or AYCD and import them into LightningHub. See Profiles.

What happens when LightningHub runs a task?

A task uses your profile for shipping and payment, an account where the site needs a sign-in, and a proxy from your task proxy group. It waits for the product (or for a queue, drawing or monitor alert), carts it, and checks out. The result shows in the task's Status, in Analytics and in your webhooks.

What sites does LightningHub support?

Pokémon Center, Target, Walmart drawings, over 300 Shopify stores (plus any store you add as Custom Site), Supreme, Topps US, P-Bandai and Round1. Radar checks in-store stock at Target, Barnes & Noble, Books-A-Million, Dollar General, Academy Sports and Walgreens.

See the full site list.

Install & Updates

How do I install?
  1. Download the installer for your computer from the LightningHub dashboard on Whop: the .exe for Windows, or the .dmg for Mac.
  2. Windows: run the installer. You can choose where LightningHub is installed. Mac: open the .dmg and drag LightningHub into Applications.
  3. Open LightningHub, paste your license key and click Activate Key.

Only one copy of LightningHub runs at a time, and closing its window quits the app.

How do I update?

LightningHub updates itself. When a new version has downloaded, you'll see Update Ready!: click Confirm to install it and restart, or Cancel to do it later.

To check yourself, click Check for Updates in the footer or in Settings › App Updates. If a check fails, the message says why. The current version is shown next to it. Change notes are posted in our Discord change-log channel.

Are my tasks safe when I restart or update?

Yes. When LightningHub opens, every task starts at Idle, and a task that was checking out or already succeeded is never run again by itself, so you can't double-buy after a restart. Task groups with Auto-Start go back to waiting.

Analytics

What does the Analytics tab show?

The top cards show your Total Spent, Checkouts and Declines. Below them:

  • Success History: a chart of your checkouts over time. Pick a range (Today, Yesterday, This Week, Last 7 Days, This Month, Last 30 Days, This Year, All Time and more, or dates on the calendar) and switch the Success and Declined lines on or off.
  • Site Distribution: a breakdown of your checkouts by store.
  • Purchase History: every checkout with its Date, Product, Site, Profile, Order #, Price, Quantity and Status.
What do Price and Order # include?

Price is the total you paid, including tax and shipping. Order numbers and totals are saved for Target, Shopify, Pokémon Center, Walmart and Browser Mode, including orders you finish by hand in a task window. Older Shopify rows that only saved the item price show "—".

You can blur order numbers before taking a screenshot, delete single entries, or clear everything with Clear History.

Tasks

How are tasks organized?

Tasks live in groups, listed in the sidebar with the store's logo, a progress bar and counts. Drag groups to reorder them. The toolbar buttons (Start All, Stop All, Edit All, Delete All, Mass Link) act on the group you have selected.

The task table shows each task's Mode, Item, Profile, Proxy and Status. Click a column header to sort A→Z, again for Z→A, and a third time to go back to your own order. Use the search icon to filter tasks; it shows how many match, for example 4 of 13.

How do I create a task?
  1. In Tasks, click Add Task.
  2. Choose the Task Type: Pokemon Center, Target, Walmart, Shopify Request, Browser Mode or Round1.
  3. Fill in the product: a PID, SKU, item ID, keywords or a link, depending on the site. See the Site Guides.
  4. Pick your Profile Groups and Profiles, and an Account Group and Account if the site needs a sign-in.
  5. Set the Task Count (tasks per profile, up to 100), Task Proxy Group, Product Quantity and a Task Group Name.
  6. Optional: Schedule Task with a Start and End Time (a countdown shows "Starting in…"), or Enable Monitor Feed and choose a Monitor Group.
  7. Click Create Task, then start the group.
What can I do from the right-click menus?

On a group: Start All, Stop All, Enable or Disable Auto-Start, Edit All, Mass Link Change, Rename Group, Duplicate Group, Ungroup and Delete Group.

On selected tasks: Start or Stop Selected, Start Staggered / Stop Staggered (5 tasks every 5 seconds), Edit Selected, Duplicate Selected, Create group from selected, Skip Waiting (Pokémon Center), Mass Link Change and Delete Selected.

Press Ctrl/Cmd + A to select every task, and Shift-click to select a range.

What is Mass Link Change (F1)?

It swaps the product link on a running group or monitor without stopping it. Press F1 or use Mass Link in the toolbar. Inside a Shopify Request task's window, F1 instead fills Keywords with the link on your clipboard.

How does Edit All work?

Every field opens as No Change. Only the fields you change are written to the tasks, so you can update one setting, such as the proxy group, without touching anything else.

How do I watch a task or read its logs?

Each task row has buttons to start or stop it, the eye to open its task window, edit, logs and delete. The 📜 Task Logs window shows each step, with Copy Logs, Export All Logs and Clear logs. Send these to support when something goes wrong.

For Shopify Request tasks, the log shows a Timing line after each checkout (for example Timing 4.82s: Getting Session 0.21s · Adding To Cart 0.64s · …) so you can see exactly where time is going.

Can I take over a checkout by hand?

Yes. If a Shopify task gets stuck in a queue or checkpoint, open the task's eye window and click Open Checkout Window to finish by hand in the browser. The task keeps running in the background. When you confirm in the store, the order is posted to Analytics.

What is Auto-Start?

Right-click a group and choose Enable Auto-Start. The group starts every time you open LightningHub, so armed groups go back to waiting after a restart.

Monitors

What do monitors do?

A monitor watches a Target SKU or Shopify keywords for restocks. When it sees the product, it shows Product Detected and pushes the product to every task linked to its Monitor Group. Link a task by turning on Enable Monitor Feed and choosing the group.

How do I add a Target monitor?
  1. Create a group with New Group, then click New Monitor and set Monitor Type to Target.
  2. Enter the Target Items (SKU): the 7–10 digit TCIN, or paste the product link.
  3. Choose a Proxy List, the Monitor Delay (ms) (3500 by default, 500 minimum) and the Monitor Group.
  4. Turn on High-Stock Restocks Only to only fire on restocks of 10 or more units.

To add many at once, use Mass SKU and paste one SKU per line. If our monitor feed goes quiet, Target groups check Target directly so you don't miss a restock.

How do I add a Shopify monitor?

Set Monitor Type to Shopify, pick one or more Sites, and enter keywords or links, one per line. Advanced keyword formatting:

  • Every word needs + or -, for example +jordan +4 -kids.
  • Add sizes after |, for example +jordan +4|9,10,11.
  • Add a max price after :, for example +jordan +4|9,10,11:250.
  • Use [100,200] at the end to set a price range.

Spawn Mode — When a product drops, the monitor can automatically create, configure and start a fleet of tasks for you. Set the Profiles, Accounts, Task Quantity and Task Proxy Group. Set Stop Tasks After (Minutes) to clean them up. The spawned tasks land in their own group named after the store.

Other useful options: Deep Search (scans every page of the catalog, not just the first), Min Sizes Loaded (only fires when at least N sizes are available), Delete After Stop (deletes the spawned group when it stops), and Start On Checkpoint.

What are Force Checkout and Copy All SKUs?

Right-click a monitor. Force Checkout (Target) sends the product to your linked tasks right away, skipping the minimum stock and cooldown checks. Copy All SKUs copies every SKU in the list.

Can I import, export or edit monitors in bulk?

Yes. Import takes a LightningHub export or a plain list of SKUs or links (.json, .txt or .csv), and Export saves them. Edit All changes the delay, proxy groups, quantities, High-Stock Restocks Only and Min Stock for every monitor, leaving fields set to No Change alone. Each monitor has 📜 Monitor Logs.

Profiles

What are profiles?

Profiles store the shipping, billing and payment details LightningHub uses to check out. Every task uses a profile, so create at least one before you start. Profiles are organized into Profile Groups.

How do I set up a profile?
  1. Open Profiles, pick or add a group, and click Create Profile.
  2. Enter a Profile Name and Email.
  3. Fill in the Shipping Address. Turn on Same as Shipping for billing, or enter a different address.
  4. Under Payment, enter the name on card, card number, expiry month and year, and CVV.
  5. Optional: set an Assigned Account Group.
  6. Click Save Changes.

Right-click a profile to Edit, Duplicate, Move to Group or Delete it, and click the card number to copy it. If a profile's state would be rejected by Target, its tasks show a warning.

Can I import/export profiles?

Yes. Import Profiles takes a .json file; you can drag and drop it. Export saves in Lightning or AYCD format, for every profile or just the current group.

Accounts

How do I add accounts?
  1. Open Accounts and add an account group. Name it after the store, for example Target.
  2. Click Add Account and paste your logins as email:password, one per line.
  3. Pick the group under Account Group when you create a task.

Click an account to edit its email or password.

What does the cookie icon mean?

For Target, Topps and Shopify store accounts, the cookie icon shows whether the account has a saved sign-in session. Green means a saved, unexpired session (hover to see when it expires); red means none or expired. Tasks with a saved session start already signed in.

How do I save Target cookies?

Click an account's cookie icon to open Target Cookies. Click Open Browser, sign in to Target, and the session fills in by itself. You can also paste cookies from the Cookie-Editor browser extension into Cookie JSON. Choose a Proxy group if you want, then click Save.

Radar

What is Radar?

Radar checks nearby stores for in-store Pokémon TCG stock. It searches Target, Barnes & Noble, Books-A-Million, Dollar General, Academy Sports and Walgreens and shows which stores have it.

How do I run a scan?
  1. Open Radar and enter your ZIP.
  2. Pick a radius from 5 to 100 miles (25 by default).
  3. Click Scan. Click Cancel to stop early.

Results appear as numbered pins on the map, colored by store, with prices, pictures and directions in Google Maps.

Can I check a specific product?

Yes. Click the magnifier to open Search Inventory, choose the Store (Target or Books-A-Million), enter a PID, SKU, ISBN/EAN or the product link, and click Search.

Proxies

Do I need proxies?

For a few tasks, your own connection is fine. For more, use proxies so each task shops from a different IP, which reduces rate limits, blocks and captchas. They're highly recommended on queue sites like Pokémon Center.

How do I add proxies?
  1. Open Proxies and add a proxy group.
  2. Click Add Proxy and paste your proxies, one per line, as ip:port or ip:port:user:pass. Full http:// and socks:// links also work.
  3. Click Test Group to see which are alive, with their speed.

Use the pencil on a proxy to edit it, or Manage Proxies to edit the whole list as text. Lines in the wrong format are skipped and counted.

How are proxies used?

Tasks take proxies in turn from their Task Proxy Group. You can give monitoring its own Monitor Proxy Group. With no proxy group selected, tasks and browsers run on your own connection (localhost).

Captcha

How are captchas solved?

The built-in Lightning AI Solver solves hCaptcha and reCAPTCHA challenges on your computer. Turn it on in Settings. When a task still needs you, the captcha goes to a Captcha Harvester window to solve by hand.

How do I set up a Captcha Harvester?
  1. Open Captcha and click Add Harvester.
  2. Give it a Harvester name and, optionally, a proxy group or proxy.
  3. Turn on Open on Launch to open and warm it up when LightningHub starts, and Open On Demand to open it automatically when a captcha comes in.

The harvester shows its queue, proxy and solved count. It handles reCAPTCHA, hCaptcha, Shopify checkpoints, Cloudflare checks and Pokémon Center security checks. Open All and Close All manage every harvester at once.

Can I use CapSolver, CapMonster or 2Captcha?

Yes. In Settings, under Third-Party Solvers, paste your CapSolver, CapMonster or 2Captcha API key and turn it on. Only one can be on at a time. Click Check now to see your balance.

AYCD is no longer supported. If you used it, add a key for one of these instead.

Harvesters

What's the difference between Captcha Harvesters and Cart Harvesters?

LightningHub has two types of harvester, each solving a different problem at checkout.

Captcha Harvesters

Some sites send a CAPTCHA challenge — an hCaptcha, reCAPTCHA, Shopify checkpoint or Cloudflare check — before they let a task through. The Lightning AI Solver handles most of these automatically in the background. When a challenge is too hard for the solver, or solving is turned off, the task sends it to a Captcha Harvester window where you solve it by hand. The harvester shows its queue, proxy and solved count, and handles reCAPTCHA, hCaptcha, Shopify checkpoints, Cloudflare checks and Pokémon Center security checks.

Captcha Harvesters live in the Captcha section and are managed separately from Cart Harvesters.

Cart Harvesters

Target's checkout requires fresh security cookies — Shape cookies — to sign in and add items to cart. A Cart Harvester loads Target in a real browser, generates those cookies, and keeps them in a Shape Jar that your Target tasks draw from automatically. Without valid cookies, Target tasks will stall waiting for them.

Cart Harvesters are unique to Target. You don't need them for Shopify, Walmart, Pokémon Center or any other site — only for Target tasks that need to sign in or add to cart.

How do I set up a Captcha Harvester?
  1. Go to the Captcha section and click Add Harvester.
  2. Give it a name and assign a proxy group if needed.
  3. Click Start. The harvester window opens and waits for challenges from your tasks.

Use Open All and Close All to manage every Captcha Harvester window at once. The harvester shows its queue, proxy and solved count.

You can also turn on the Lightning AI Solver in Settings to auto-solve most challenges without opening a harvester window.

How do I set up a Cart Harvester?
  1. Open Harvesters and click Add Harvester.
  2. Give it a Name, a Proxy group, and a Harvest URL: any in-stock Target product page.
  3. Choose the Browser (Chrome, Brave, Edge, Opera, Vivaldi, Firefox or a custom one) and Endpoint: Add to Cart or Sign In. You'll want one of each.
  4. Set Workers (1–8), Max Cookie Age (Mins) (10 by default) and Max Shape Jar.
  5. Optional: run Headless, turn on Light mode, or set a schedule window so it only runs between set times.

The table shows each harvester's jar and stats. 📜 Harvester Logs marks each cookie set VALID or NOT VALID, with a running count of valid and not-valid sets, and Clear Jar empties it.

Right-click a harvester row to Start, Stop, Clear Jar or Delete it. Turn on Early-Fetch to collect items without a traditional Add to Cart click — faster on some proxies.

Target tasks start a Cart Harvester for you when they need one, but setting your own gives you more control over proxies, worker count and timing.

Keywords

How do I write task keywords?

Shopify Request tasks match keywords against the product title.

  • Start every word with + (must be in the title) or - (must not be), for example +Utility +Bag -Jacket. Words without + or - are refused when you save.
  • To target one listing, paste the full product link, or just the /products/… part. Words after the link narrow the variant, such as the color.
  • To try specific variants in order, use var:id1,id2,id3.
Can one task check out several products?

Yes, with Multicart. Start each product with a comma followed by +, - or a link, for example +Utility +Bag, +Phantom +Tee. Add sizes after | and a quantity after :, for example +Box +Logo +Tee|M, +Hoodie|L:2.

Sizes and quantity this way only work in Multicart. For a single product, use the task's Size and Product Quantity fields. Without them, size is Random and quantity is 1.

When items are carted, the task row shows each product's picture. Hover ITEM to see every product name in the cart.

IMAP

What is the IMAP 2FA Email Solver?

Many stores email a sign-in code when you log in. With IMAP set up, LightningHub reads those codes from your inbox and enters them for you. It's used by Target, Walmart and Topps (Fanatics) sign-ins.

How do I set up IMAP?
  1. Create an app password in your email provider's security settings. Use it instead of your normal password.
  2. In Settings › IMAP | 2FA Email Solver, turn the main switch on.
  3. Choose your provider tab: Gmail, iCloud, Outlook or Yahoo.
  4. Enter your IMAP email and App password. Spaces and dashes in the app password are fine. Host and port are filled in for you.
  5. Click Test IMAP. The badge should read Connected.

Each provider keeps its own login, and LightningHub checks every mailbox you've saved. If your Walmart accounts use a different inbox, add it under Walmart mailbox and click Test Walmart IMAP.

Settings

What's in Settings?
  • Your license: Discord name, Renewal Date, License Key, User Manual, Dashboard, Deactivate License and Log out.
  • Task Engine Status: should read READY.
  • App Updates and Diagnostics & Config.
  • Webhooks, Sounds, IMAP, the Lightning AI Solver and Third-Party Solvers.
  • Max Concurrent Browsers (1–20, 3 by default) for Target sign-in windows, and the Chrome executable path (leave blank to find it automatically).
How do I set up webhooks?

Paste a Discord webhook into each box you want, then click Test:

  • Successful Webhook: checkouts and drawing entries, with the order number and total.
  • Failure Webhook: card declines and checkout errors, with the store's reason.
  • Misc Webhook: queue passes, carts, Target order checks and other alerts.

Leave a box empty and nothing is sent for it.

Can I change the sounds?

Yes. Under Sounds, Cart Audio and Checkout Audio each have Test, Change and Reset, and an on/off switch. Use your own .mp3, .wav, .ogg or .m4a file up to 5 MB.

How do I back up my setup or find my logs?

Under Diagnostics & Config, Export saves everything, including harvesters, to a .json file, and Import loads it back. Open Logs opens the log folder and Copy Path copies its location for support.

How do I check whether a site loads through my proxy?

Open Settings and find the Debug section. Paste any http/https URL, optionally add a proxy (ip:port or ip:port:user:pass), and click Open. A visible Chrome window opens in an isolated session that doesn't touch your task profiles or Browser Mode windows — useful for checking a site before you run a real task.

Pokémon Center

How do Pokémon Center drops work?

Pokémon Center drops usually go live without warning, often on weekdays between 10 AM and 3 PM ET. Before a big release, the whole site goes behind a queue with a security check at the entrance. You don't need a Pokémon Center account.

LightningHub tasks enter and pass the queue, wait for the product, then cart and check out with your profile.

How do I set up a Pokémon Center task?
  1. Create a task with Task Type Pokemon Center.
  2. In Monitor Input, enter the PID, for example 701-03742, or the pokemoncenter.com product link.
  3. Choose your profiles, a Task Proxy Group, the Task Count and Product Quantity.
  4. Turn on Wait For Queue (see below), and Autocart and Autopay for a fully automatic checkout.
  5. Optional: a Discount/Promo Code, a Queue Entry Delay to stagger tasks, and Auto-Open Browser to bring up the window when it's time to check out.
What is Wait For Queue?

With Wait For Queue on, started tasks show Waiting for Queue... and stand by until our monitor sees the Pokémon Center queue go up, then they all enter at once. With it off, tasks enter right away.

To enter now, right-click the tasks and choose Skip Waiting. You can change the PID while a task is waiting or in the queue.

What do the Pokémon Center statuses mean?
  • Waiting for Queue...: standing by for our queue alert. Leave it running.
  • In Queue / Passed Queue: the task's progress through the waiting room.
  • Waiting for Product / Product OOS: the product isn't live or is sold out; the task keeps trying.
  • Solving Incapsula: the site's security check. If it needs you, a window or harvester opens.
  • Order Placed 🥳 / Card Declined 😞: the final result.

Target

What do I need before I start?
  • Your Target accounts in an account group in Accounts.
  • IMAP set up for those emails, so LightningHub can sign back in by itself.
  • A profile with your card. The details on the Target account should match the profile.
  • Harvesters for Sign In and Add to Cart, or let tasks start them for you.
  • Proxies when running several accounts.
How do I set up a Target task?
  1. Create a task with Task Type Target and pick your profiles, account group and accounts.
  2. Turn on Enable Monitor Feed and choose a Target Monitor Group, so the task checks out when a SKU restocks.
  3. Choose the Mode: Shipping, or Pickup with your Store Numbers (for example 1375, 2204, your preferred store first).
  4. Set the options below, then create and start the task.
  • IMAP Login / Manual Login: how the task signs back in when Target asks. Turn on at least one.
  • Match Accounts to Profiles: each profile uses the account with the same email.
  • Restart After Success: go back to watching after a checkout.
  • Add Misc. Item with a Misc. Item SKU: adds a filler item to clear Target's $35 minimum. Turn on Auto Cancel After Checkout to cancel it off the order.
What happens after checkout?

About 10 seconds after checkout, LightningHub checks the order. If Target cancelled it, the status and your Misc Webhook say why, for example item demand, purchase limit, fraud review, payment or address. Stopping a task clears its cart (Stopped (Cart Cleared)).

What do the Target statuses mean?
  • Waiting for Monitor Pickup: waiting for a restock from the Monitor Group.
  • Waiting for Shape Cookies: waiting on a Cart Harvester. Add or start one.
  • Queued for Sign-In / Signing in... / Waiting For Manual Login...: the task is signing in.
  • Waiting for Pickup Availability...: Pickup mode is waiting for a store to have it.
  • Item Pulled — Retrying Cart: Target took the item back; the task keeps trying.
  • Verifying Order…: checking the order went through. Order Cancelled means Target cancelled it.

Card errors such as Card type not accepted by Target or Card is expired mean the profile's card needs changing.

Walmart

What are Walmart tasks?

Some Walmart releases are sold through drawings: you enter, and Walmart picks who gets to buy. Walmart tasks sign in to your account, wait for the drawing to open and enter it for you. One task can enter several products.

Walmart tasks have two Draw Modes:

  • Entry enters the drawings for the item IDs on the task.
  • Save Info gets an account ready before a drawing, checking it has a saved address and payment method.
How do I set up a Walmart task?
  1. Create a task with Task Type Walmart. An Account is required.
  2. In Monitor Input, enter the Walmart item ID, or several separated by commas, for example 19536452232,3523128211.
  3. Choose the Draw Mode, your profiles and proxies, and the Product Quantity, or turn on Max Quantity.
  4. Turn on Submit Entry to really enter. Leave it off to run a Dry-Run — the task goes through the entire flow except the final submit click, so you can test your setup without entering.

Set up IMAP so LightningHub can read Walmart's sign-in codes. Submitted entries are real: Walmart charges your card if you're selected. Tasks pre-sign-in and prepare your account before the drawing opens so the entry goes in the moment it's live.

What do the Walmart statuses mean?
  • Fetching Draws / Getting Draw Data: looking up the drawing.
  • Draw Not Live Yet / Waiting for Draw: the drawing hasn't opened. The task checks every 45 seconds, and every 5 seconds near opening. Leave it running.
  • Draw Entered: your entry went in, for example Draw Entered (2/2) for two products.

Shopify

How do I set up a Shopify task?
  1. Create a task with Task Type Shopify Request.
  2. Pick the store as the Target Site (listed A–Z), or choose Custom Site and enter the store URL.
  3. Enter Keywords, a product link or variants. See Keywords.
  4. Pick your Size (Random by default; Shift-click to select a range of sizes), and optionally a Min Price and Max Price.
  5. Choose the Mode (see below), your profiles, proxies and an account if the store needs a sign-in.
  6. Set the Monitor Delay and Retry Delay (3500 ms by default), then create and start the task.

Optional fields: a Store Password (the task POSTs it automatically when the store is password-locked), and a Discount/Promo Code.

Press F1 with a Shopify Request task window open to fill Keywords from the link on your clipboard.

Which mode should I use?
  • Normal — watches the store for the product, then carts and checks out. Use this for most stores.
  • Preload — warms up a cart and checkpoint session before the product is live, then watches and carts when it drops. Best for stores with a heavy checkpoint or queue that blocks cold carts. The warm-up is silent; tasks stay queued without triggering anti-bot checks.
  • Fast — runs like Normal with some timing optimisations.

Topps US always runs as Normal regardless of which mode you pick (the task status says so). Supreme searches the full catalog in all modes.

What can Shopify tasks handle automatically?
  • Password pages — the task camps on the password page and retries until it drops, then carries on without needing a restart.
  • Queues — the task waits, shows its ETA and carries on when it clears.
  • Checkpoints and captchas — sent to your harvester. hCaptcha text questions (for example "How many days in September") are answered from our answer bank automatically.
  • Cloudflare checks — the task pauses, sends the check to your harvester or solver, and carries on.
  • Store account logins — sign in with an account and the session is saved, so later runs skip the login.
  • Multicart — check out several products in one cart. See Multicart.
  • Multiple variant fallbacks — use var:id1,id2,id3 in Keywords to try each variant in order, carting the first one in stock.

If a checkout still needs you, the task opens its window so you can finish by hand — your entries are saved and the order posted to Analytics when you confirm.

What do the Shopify statuses mean?
  • Getting Session / Getting Products / Waiting for Product / Waiting for Restock...: the task is watching the store.
  • Preloading Checkpoint / Waiting for captcha: solve it in the harvester, or turn on a solver.
  • In Queue / Queue Passed: the store's queue. The ETA shows when the store gives one.
  • Adding to cart... / Submitting contact, shipping or payment...: checking out.
  • Checkout submitted: submitted to the store, waiting for confirmation.
  • Order Placed 🥳: success, the order number and total are saved to Analytics. Card Declined 😞: hover to see the store's reason (for example GENERIC_ERROR). The decline also posts to your Failure Webhook. Other errors include Product limit exceeded and Card expired.

Supreme

Which Supreme stores are supported?

All Supreme webstore regions: US, EU, UK, Japan and Asia. Choose your region's Supreme as the Target Site on a Shopify Request task. LightningHub searches the whole catalog.

How do I set up a Supreme task?

Set it up like a Shopify task: +/- keywords such as +box +logo -kids, sizes, profiles, proxies and a mode. To get several items in one checkout, use Multicart, for example +Box +Logo +Tee|M, +Hoodie|L:2.

Topps US

How does LightningHub work on Topps US?

Topps US runs as a Shopify Request task (always in Normal mode) or a Browser Mode task. It signs in to your Topps (Fanatics ID) account, finds the product, carts it and checks out with your profile.

What do I need before I start?
  • Your Topps logins in an account group in Accounts. A green cookie icon means the account has a saved session.
  • IMAP set up for those emails, so LightningHub can enter the Fanatics sign-in code.
  • A profile with your shipping, billing and card details.

Topps uses Cloudflare. If a check appears, complete it in the window that opens and the task carries on.

Round1

How do Round1 tasks work?

Round1 tasks fill in Round1's entry forms for you. Choose the Pickup Store (for example Arrowhead Town Center) and your profile. The task opens Google Chrome, waits in the waiting room, fills the form and shows Round1: Entered.

Round1 uses a Cloudflare check that you complete yourself in the Chrome window.

What is Browser Mode?

Browser Mode tasks drive a real Chrome window, with Autocart and Autopay doing the work. Use it for Shopify stores, P-Bandai and Topps US, especially where a store's checks block request tasks.

Troubleshooting

"Active Whop Hub membership required" or "access expired or revoked"

Your membership isn't active or isn't linked to your Discord account. Renew it on Whop and make sure you claimed Discord access with the same account. If it still fails, open a ticket and we'll fix it for you.

"This Discord account is active in another LightningHub session"

You can use one computer at a time. Log in again on the computer you want to use. See Membership.

Tasks show Proxy Block, Rate Limited or a security check

The site is blocking those IPs. Test your proxy group, switch to fresh proxies, or raise your delays.

Target tasks say "Waiting for Shape Cookies"

The task needs cookies from a Cart Harvester. Add or start one for both Sign In and Add to Cart; they fill separate jars.

Target tasks stop and say neither login option is on

Target asked the account to sign in again. Edit the task and turn on IMAP Login, Manual Login or both.

IMAP shows Not Connected

Use an app password, not your normal password, check the main switch is on, and click Test IMAP. Make sure the task's account email is one of your connected mailboxes.

"Card Declined 😞"

Hover the status, or check your Failure Webhook, for the store's reason. Check the card details in your profile and that the card has funds.

A third-party solver isn't solving

Click Check now under the solver to see your balance, and check that only one solver is turned on. Errors like ERROR_ZERO_BALANCE mean the account needs topping up.

"Invalid PID/URL" or "Not a store number"

Pokémon Center takes a PID like 701-03742 or a pokemoncenter.com product link. Target Pickup takes 3–4 digit store numbers separated by commas.

Still Need Assistance?

Open the task's 📜 Task Logs and click Export All Logs, or use Settings › Open Logs. Then open a ticket in our Discord server.
